Following an extensive 3 year renovation, Château de la Messardière opened in June 2020 and joined the prestigious Airelles brand in January 2021. Recognised for its trademark domed cupolas and turrets, the palace is Saint‑Tropez’s largest hotel with 108 light and airy rooms and suites – including a duplex with a private pool, styled with antique décor.

Château de la Messardière is home to five food and drink outlets overseen by the talented culinary duo Giovanni Amato and Elena Mosetti, also responsible for the gourmet offerings at sister property Les Airelles. These include gourmet restaurant L’Acacia, serving creative Mediterranean-style cuisine with its terrace boasting beautiful coastal views; A Ciel Ouvert, serving seasonal lunchtime dishes in a laidback atmosphere by the pool; Le Soleil d’Eau bar and terrace for relaxed aperitifs and Fillmore Bar on the Château’s terrace for sunset cocktails, dim-sum and live DJ sets.

In addition to the restaurants and bars, all of the public areas including the large outdoor swimming pool and terrace, the lobby and elegant event spaces have been completely refurbished. A bigger new 465 sq.m state-of-the-art spa and gym complete the hotel’s wellness experience.
