At lunchtime, drivers can transport guests to Jardin Tropézina, a private beach club with complimentary sunbeds and parasols, serving fresh dishes of salads and grilled fish, situated nearby at sister property Château de le Messardière.

  Pan Deï Palais launched new gourmet Greek restaurant Cookoovaya in May 2022.  Serving upscale Greek cuisine in a family-style interactive environment, Chef Koskinas will be using the finest seafood ingredients from the Cote d’Azur and land-ingredients form neighbouring Provence. Located at the hotel’s desirable village-centre location, Cookoovaya is an evening destination and urban oasis cocooned within fragrant walls of jasmine, where guests can relax and unwind. They can begin the evening with a unique Greek-inspired cocktail at the hotel’s stylish alfresco bar, before either dining outdoors at the poolside seating area or inside the atmospheric restaurant.

  Pan Deï Palais’ wellness area offers Ayurvedic-influenced spa experiences, meditation and Saint-Tropez-approved beauty treatments. Guests can enjoy access to the hotel’s hammam and outdoor swimming pool, located in the mansion’s newly-renovated walled garden surrounded by sun loungers and chic olive trees.
