The Falcon will open its doors this year following the completion of an extensive two-year renovation. This beautiful 450 sq.m property has a traditional Alpine style and pays homage to woodwork and craftsmanship, with a sprinkling of ornate touches. The Falcon is part of the pepper-collection.

In addition to its beautiful interiors, the 450 sq.m chalet is situated in a stunning location, within walking distance of Lech’s epicentre with its restaurant, bars and shops, as well as the closest chair lift to the idyllic Schlosskopf slopes. It benefits from complete privacy in a quiet and cosy atmosphere and affords panoramic mountain views from all its rooms.

Spread across three floors are four individually styled modern bedrooms including one Master Suite, two Double Rooms and one Children’s Room, providing accommodation for up to 8 people. There are four bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a large open kitchen with a tiled stove, spacious outdoor terraces and a ski room for hiking equipment, with a boot warmer.

Following a day on the slopes, guests can enjoy wine tasting in the exclusive cellar or relaxation time in the private spa area with sauna, steam bath and whirlpool. Massage or beauty treatments are available on request. New for 2024 – pepper-collection has partnered with Dreem Distillery to offer guests a range of new apres-ski treatments – expertly designed with high-grade CBD to repair and restore body and mind – either in the spa or guest’s room.

The Falcon offers a sumptuous daily breakfast, and a private chef and butler are available on request, enabling guests to have a more relaxing stay and enjoy valuable time together. The chef can transform the chalet into a dedicated dining space with individual menus or themed evenings. Guests can call on the chalet’s expert concierge team to help with any errands or enquiries such as booking mountain guides, ski instructors and babysitters, stocking up on food and drinks, making dinner reservations and organising transfers. For a more personal experience, a dedicated butler can organise all appointments and arrangements in coordination with the concierge service.
