Mason Rose is hiring: Digital Communications Manager

The Role

An exciting opportunity to lead and grow Mason Rose’s digital communications offering.

The successful candidate will work with both our sales and communications teams (UK, Europe and US) to devise savvy digital strategies – spanning, but not limited to, paid /search / social / e-marketing to support Mason Rose itself as well as our clients’ commercial goals by targeting and communicating with specific audiences digitally, finely balancing creative flair with business acumen.

Requirements:

  • Evidence of creating and implementing lead-generating digital campaigns
  • Experience of social content planning – paid / organic
  • Highly experienced at capturing and editing content stylishly for digital use – i.e. photography and video
  • Experience working in a busy digital or marketing agency
  • Experience working with creative tools such as Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, Kapwing
  • Experience of managing partner agencies or professionals in the digital marketing space
  • Has an established network of digital marketing and creative practitioners who can be pulled in for relevant campaigns / activations
  • Passion for travel and luxury brands and all trends in digital marketing
  • Experience in managing and training team members
  • An eye for business development opportunities
  • Certificates in google and Meta ads etc useful

Main responsibilities include:

  • Devising and implementing exciting digital campaigns for new and existing clients –that aims to grow brand awareness and generate sales leads across digital channels
  • Review and advise on Mason Rose’s own digital marketing needs via current key channels – e-News / website / Instagram / Linked in
  • Identify opportunities for our clients to encourage direct sale opportunities – long term e.g. SEO and tactical e.g. paid, sharing ready-made content with bookers etc.
  • Manage digital partners
  • Develop reporting process that demonstrates quantifiable results
  • Monitor and respond to all digital trends – using actively and creatively to inform future strategies
  • Provide in-house and external training where required
  • Be able to produce and edit imagery / video for social content purposes.
  • Attend MR / client events and activations to secure real time social coverage
  • Support communications team on optimising digital influencer/talent database, reviewing current influencer campaign relationships to ensure ultimately strategic
  • Support clients with own content needs on a regular basis – proactively and reactively
  • Being the ‘force’ to establish MR Digital as a service to incumbent and future clients.
