Located in the heart of charming village Armação de Pêra, the listed historical chalet was originally inspired by the opulence of the Belle Époque era and for almost 80 years has been a treasured family summer home – this sense of familial warmth has been recreated in the Red Chalet.

  The recent renovation has retained and lovingly recreated original elements and design, such as Moorish influences on the wooden floors, antique chandeliers and the spectacular staircase.

The main house features a large open-plan kitchen with a living and dining area, leading to a large terracotta terrace affording spectacular seafront views.   The White House annex located towards the front of the property is a calm, contemporary oasis with white-washed floors, that is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. It comprises a duplex suite with living room and terrace downstairs, and an ensuite bedroom upstairs, as well as a further self-contained studio with bedroom, shower room and balcony.
