Elsker, the largest property of the three, sleeps up to 16 people and offers complete privacy with gated access. The cottage has its own heated outdoor pool, hot tub, state-of-the-art kitchen and dining space, stylish lounge, library, games room and large outdoor terrace. True to Francombe’s heartwarming idiosyncratic manner, if one pushes the big red button in the master bedroom, the room is transformed into a Saturday Night Fever disco, disco ball and all.

Both The Hoot and The Nook were originally private family homes. Each sleeping 15 and 7 respectively, each property celebrates the surrounding countryside with expansive gardens replete with hot tubs and BBQ dining areas.

With 500 acres of rolling Cotswolds countryside, Farncombe offers a plethora of outdoor activities and traditional country pursuits such as clay pigeon shooting, archery and learning about the local birds of prey during a falconry class. The team at Farncombe Adventures offer group activities and one to one tuition, with an updated timetable of activities on offer with guests able to book online and with each hotel’s reception team.
