  It is heaven for food lovers who can choose fine dining at newly awarded one Michelin starred Un Piano nel Cielo or relaxed dining with live cooking at Seascape – all featuring Campania flavours in a fresh and exciting way. Un Piano Nel Cielo is situated on the top floor of the hotel. Suspended between sea and sky, the restaurant looks out onto its trademark awe-inspiring views for guests to marvel at over a meal. With Executive Chef Leopoldo Elefante at the helm, guests are offered an array of Mediterranean dishes created exclusively from fresh, mainly hyper-local, produce. The Rooftop Terrace, found at the hotel’s top terrace, is only available for Show Cooking Private Dining Experiences with the Chef, and private dining.  The Seascape Cocktail Bar and Casual All-Day Dining Restaurant, run by Barman Gianmario, is lively and laid-back. The hotel’s signature Aperol Spritz, enriched by Casa Angelina’s very own branded Champagne by Pierre Mignon, is a favourite. The Casual All-Day restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, featuring an open space, Molteni show kitchen and chef’s table where regional cuisine is served.

The spa offers award-winning skincare with Augustinus Bader SPA whose team has curated specific rituals that connect the guest with the Amalfi coast, using oils, salts, and other healing materials harvested from the destination.   Committed to conserving the health of the local region and of the planet, Casa Angelina has adopted a holistic, eco-driven approach that filters down into every element of the hotel. Energy efficient systems for lighting, heating and cooling have been employed to reduce energy consumption, and guests are offered the choice of eco-smart amenities like Aesop, who use environmentally friendly packaging and ingredients. Additionally, sustainable cultivation methods are used in the garden to avoid excess waste and pollution and Casa Angelina work closely with the town of Praiano to capture rainwater, which is purified so guests can refill their re-usable water bottles.
