  Accommodation: Perching above the private beach are 38 suites and villas. These serenely elegant residences blend into the natural landscape, designed with locally-sourced stone and marble and decked with modern comforts inside. From one bedroom suites to four-bedroom villas, all are airy and light with minimalist interiors, which seamlessly open out to secluded marble terraces with breath-taking sea views. Some offer private heated seawater pools.

  Dining: Helmed by Greece’s acclaimed Michelin star chef, Lefteris Lazarou, the main Restaurant invites guests to experience an exceptional epicurean journey of flavoursome haute delights paired with fine wines. Authentic Mediterranean cuisine is prepared with farm-to-table produce, fresh fish and seafood and seasonal ingredients from the hotel’s vegetable garden. Lazarou’s culinary expedition began as a child, accompanying his father in ship kitchens, where he learned to utilize the ingredients of wherever the ship docked. These experiences culminated in an ever-evolving cuisine and daily bespoke menu of exquisite dishes. The team are flexible and can tailor menus for special events, from intimate birthday celebrations to romantic weddings.

The Spa and Fitness Center offers an award-winning state-of-the-art gym, with instructors and expert trainers available to curate personalised programmes, and a brand new spa complete with Steam, Sauna and Ice Rooms, a Hammam and immersive treatments. Yoga and Pilates sessions can be arranged in the Pilates & Yoga Studio, privately in a suite or villa, or by the infinity pool or beach.

  Activities & Experiences: The concierge team offers customised itineraries and exquisite cultural experiences, taking in the region’s deep history and natural beauty by land, air, and sea – from authentic island hopping adventures by yacht to the beaches of Delos, Rhenia, Paros and Tinos or private helicopter tours, to rejuvenating water sports and immersive culinary journeys to discover traditional Greek specialties, fine wines and spirits from local farms. Photoshoots, water sports, private shopping and any other requests can be arranged.

  Sustainability: At Cali Mykonos, the team strive to protect and preserve the health of their environment to drastically reduce their ecological footprint and create endless exceptional experiences. The certified A+ building and residences are uniquely situated to enhance the natural surroundings and have been designed using sustainable local materials, including repurposed stone from the initial excavation, marbles and wood. The property has seawater pools and a garden, which provides freshly grown ingredients for use in their cuisine. Initiatives include having on-site water purification and waste plant, solar panels, LED lightbulbs and motion sensor lighting, planted roof systems, energy saving AC units and heaters, and a back-up generator.
