  UK MOUNT ST.RESTAURANT – Mayfair, London: A modern British restaurant in an iconic landmark building with a backdrop of extraordinary, specially commissioned art. FISH SHOP – Ballater, Scotland: An award-winning restaurant and fishmongers in the heart of Ballater, celebrating the heritage and traditions of fishing in Scotland. THE FIFE ARMS HOTEL – Braemar, Scotland: The Fife Arms is a 2 Michelin Key former Victorian coaching inn situated at the heart of the magnificent Cairngorms National Park.

  UK DA COSTA – Bruton, Somerset: An Italian in Somerset: Named for Iwan Wirth’s maternal grandfather, Da Costa blends English ingredients with Italian techniques and traditions. FARM SHOP – Bruton, Somerset: A community farm shop and online store celebrating farmers, growers and makers on the edge of Durslade Farm.

  UK THE GROUCHO CLUB – Soho, London: World-renowned private member’s club created by a group of predominantly women publishers as an antidote to traditional gentlemen’s clubs. AUDLEY PUBLIC HOUSE – Mayfair, London: Traditional, neighbourhood pub on the corner of South Audley Street and Mount Street. Where contemporary art and history collide. FARM SHOP MAYFAIR, Mayfair, London: Find seasonal meat, vegetables and store cupboard items made with ingredients from our Somerset farm alongside a wine bar.

  EUROPE  CANTINA – Illa del Rei, Menorca: A vibrant restaurant and bar adjacent to Hauser & Wirth Menorca, serving local produce on the idyllic island of Illa del Rei within the port of Mahon. CHESA MARCHETTA – Sils/Segl Maria, Switzerland: A warm and welcoming 13-bedroom hotel and 46-cover restaurant in the heart of the Upper Engadin.

  USA FISH SHOP – Washington, DC: Fish Shop is a celebration of the fishing communities and traditions that are at the heart of Chesapeake Bay. MANUELA NYC – SoHo, New York: A welcoming neighbourhood restaurant and bar in the heart of New York’s SoHo, where contemporary art and food combine. MANUELA DTLA – Los Angeles: Located in the Downtown Arts District of Los Angeles, Manuela unites chef, farmer and artist to create an authentic and original dining experience.
