Objective
Mason Rose has represented Gstaad Palace for many years and has been leading its positioning to expand awareness to a new generation of visitors, whilst remaining true to the heritage and tradition behind the family-owned and managed hotel.
Strategy
- Brought the Gstaad Palace story to life, creatively showcasing the heart of the hotel, the people behind it and the destination through proactive pitching, individual media visits and one-to-one media meetings
- Hosted Gstaad Palace’s first social media influencer trip to reach a new audience
- Focused on summer season-specific activity to drive awareness for the hotel as a summer destination in response to an anticipating need for increased business in summer
- Introduced new HNW and sales audiences through Mason Rose connection events: media dinner, American Express dinner, Leisure Sales networking event, HNWI dinner
- Mason Rose supported organising and hosting a joint Sales clients and media event in 2020 with the RAC over 2 days, showcasing the GP motor-focused offering to a key network of HNW partners and consumers
