An exciting opportunity for a creative and well-connected Senior Account Manager, PR & Brand Communications to join the Communications team at Mason Rose – implementing cross-media strategies and campaigns for their collection of clients which comprise some of the world’s most exceptional luxury hotels and wellness abodes.   

The successful candidate will be a team player who is as passionate about securing coverage as they are for travel and trends, with a flair for implementing creative activations outside of media relations that ultimately generates client awareness.  


  • Experience – minimum four years – of working in a busy PR agency or inhouse position – this can be in travel, luxury lifestyle, fashion or other complementing industry 
  • Experience of working on new business pitches  
  • Excellent media and brand partner contacts  
  • Previous management of team members  
  • Passion for travel and luxury brands  
  • Some experience working in social media or digital marketing will be particularly of interest 

Main responsibilities include:  

  • Daily management and support of specific accounts, providing regular trusted counsel and ensuring KPIs are met  
  • Devising and implementing creative strategic PR campaigns  
  • Managing group and individual press trips, including hosting 
  • Creative pitching to place features and profile opportunities 
  • Developing positive and close relationships with senior luxury lifestyle media, digital influencers and luxury brands for joint collaborations  
  • Representing clients and Mason Rose at relevant media/industry events 
  • Identifying trends and topical news – use actively and creatively for feature placement 
  • Devising and organizing high-impact client events 
  • Sharing knowledge with the wider Mason Rose team and being a mentor to junior staff
