On Thursday 25th March 2021, Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda reopened its doors to guests, unveiling the first phase of an extensive refurbishment. During the recent lockdown, the hotel took the opportunity to renovate all its suites, lobby, reception area, lounge, fireplace room and its exclusive lounge bar.
Suites have been re-styled with lighter shades and furnishings made from natural local materials and fabrics. In addition, they have been equipped with new cutting-edge technology, including Bose® Bluetooth sound speakers and 49″ and 55″ 4K LED TVs with Google Chromecast.
The lobby area has been refreshed with lighter wall tones and new furniture, fabrics, carpets and wall graphics, designed to maximise the hotel’s iconic view over Lake Garda.
The second phase of the restyling project, scheduled for the first quarter of 2022, will include the refurbishment of the resort’s two main restaurants, the expansion of the Lefay SPA with an ‘adults only’ area, the creation of three new suites and the introduction of a new meeting area dedicated to events.
“We are proud to be able to announce the completion of this first phase of our restyling project during such an uncertain period, and it is an important source of motivation and a sign of optimism for the months to come,” says Alcide Leali, CEO of Lefay Resorts & Residences. “Despite the challenges that the tourism industry is experiencing due to the current health emergency, we are continuing to pursue the path of an innovative and sustainable business culture by investing in the quality of our resorts and in the motivation and training of our human resources.”
