After a day of exploring Amsterdam, indulge in The Dylan’s High Wine Experience. This unique concept is The Dylan’s decadent answer to a traditional afternoon tea. Their executive chef Dennis Kuipers and sommelier have created the perfect pairing of four wines with “amuse”-style bites.
The food and wine pairings are changed seasonally. High Wine is available daily from 3:30pm-5:30pm for groups of up to 10 people.

Smoked Albacore Tuna with poached egg, pink pepper and crispy seaweed
Mullet filet served in fishsoup with mussels, squid, Dutch Alderliefste potatoes from “Texel”, cheese crostini and aioli
