Kick-start your fitness this Spring with a VITAL Get Fit Week Programme at VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa, Portugal. Created by the resort’s VITAL Spa and EnerGym expert team, the VITAL Get Fit Week will take place between 10 – 17 March 2012, just in time for summer!
There are three distinct programmes which cover different aspects of health and wellness to get you back into shape and help you maintain your energy levels: Awakening (Detox), Vital Active and Natural Balance. Each programme has a recommended stay of 5 or 7 nights, allowing guests to choose which best fits to their needs. Each morning starts with a group class (Yoga, Rise & Stretch, Pilates or Fitball), followed by a treatment or two, two healthy tea breaks per day, a Vital Light lunch and a workshop or activity in the afternoon.
All programmes also include free use of indoor/outdoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, saunas, steam baths, tepidarium, state-of-the-art computerised fitness room EnerGYM, 9-hole Pitch & Putt golf course, 18-hole Putting Green (clubs and balls are available at a charge) and 18-hole crazy golf, service and tax.
