Seeing a niche in the travel market, Tanya founded Mason Rose in 1993, one of the only agencies offering integrated sales, marketing and PR services to the luxury travel industry. Prior to founding Mason Rose, Tanya was Director of Sales & Marketing for The Savoy Group in London for six years and before that launched the St James’s Club in Paris. Due to her work and experience in the travel industry, Tanya Rose has become one of the foremost authorities in luxury travel, recognised across multiple business sectors and media, including a nomination for the Women of the Year Awards.

maria pajares, managing director
Maria has 20 years of management experience in Sales, Marketing and Communications, within the luxury travel sector, from hotels (The Savoy Group) and cruise lines (Royal Caribbean Cruise Line) to online travel (latterly Acting Head of Hotels for Opodo). Utilising her strategic management skills and experience, Maria has helped to build a proactive and highly-experienced sales, partnership marketing and PR force at Mason Rose.

gilly goldsmid, operations manager
As Operations Manager, Gilly supports the activities of the entire Mason Rose team, including events. Previously, she ran her own catering and events business for over seven years and has substantial experience in setting up and managing diverse businesses. In the past four years she played an integral part in the raising of a microfinance private equity fund, helping with the marketing and research, as well as playing the role of office manager and executive assistant to the Managing Partner.
